Accreditation


    Yeshiva Ohr Yisrael of Atlanta is accredited by the Georgia Accrediting Commission (GAC). 
    The GAC was established in 1904 and is one of the oldest accrediting agencies in the country. Hundreds of private and public schools in Georgia are accredited through the GAC.

    In the spirit of Adar, the entire Yeshiva was treated to a special trip to Grand Slam Golf Range. Arthur Schoen caused quite a scare during his attempt to master the art of golfing.

    Rabbi Daniel Estreicher is no stranger to Ohr Yisrael. He is the father of our very own Rabbi Naftali Estreicher and 9th grader, Yechezkel Estreicher. Every Thursday night, Rabbi Estreicher, a longtime Rebbi at Yeshiva Atlanta, comes to YOY to learn with senior Manu Gershon.
